if the boy will eat yogurt, give him yogurt. i'm of the opinions that antibiotics are usually a bad idea because they cause bacteria to get stronger and then you have to use stronger antibiotics. anyway, yogurt with live cultures (which still tastes good) is a good plan. yogurt is a miracle food.
